1. Grind your herbs (if applicable) to a fine consistency.
2. Put the herbs into the glass kettle.
3. Select the "Activate" cycle and set the temperature and timer.
4. After the herbs are activated, pour your infusion base (oil, butter, etc.) into the glass kettle.
5. Select the "Altafuse" cycle for faster infusion if you have 17-19oz of liquid in the kettle and adjust the temperature and timer. Otherwise, select the "Infuse" cycle and set the temperature and timer.
6. Once complete, strain the infused liquid through the strainer.
7. Clean the machine after each use.
- Once you've activated your herbs, add chopped butter to the mixture and set the machine to a high temperature in "Activate" mode to melt the butter.
- Proceed with the remaining steps as usual.
Infuse: This mode is for infusion without using ultrasonic technology.
- Suitable for any amount of liquid and herbs.
- The temperature can be adjusted from 120 to 220℉ (50 to 100℃); the time can be adjusted from 10 to 180 minutes.
Altafuse: This mode is for infusion using the ultrasonic generator. It significantly speeds up the infusion process.
- To protect the ultrasonic generator, you would need to have 17-19oz of liquid in the kettle to run the Altafuse mode
- There's no limit to the amount of herbs you can use in Altafuse mode. However, for quantities exceeding 30g, consider extending the infusion time to ensure thorough extraction.
- The temperature can be adjusted from 120 to 160℉ (50 to 70℃); the time can be adjusted from 40 to 100 minutes.
1. Remove the glass kettle with the lid from the machine.
2. Discard the spent herbs from the glass kettle.
3. Clean the glass kettle with warm, soapy water and a cleaning brush. Wipe the lid and the ultrasonic generator with a damp cloth. Both the glass kettle and the lid are dishwasher safe.
4. Wipe down the exterior of the machine.
5. Allow all parts to dry completely before storing.
You can use it with different types of herbs and ingredients such as:
- Dried herbs (chamomile, lavender, mint, rosemary, etc.)
- Fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, parsley, etc.)
- Spices (cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, etc.)
- Tea leaves
- Citrus zest

You should avoid using ALTA1 to infuse any alcohol.
We recommend starting with 14 grams of herb for the optimal infusion experience. For more experienced users, you can increase the amount up to 30 grams.
