Order Processing Time
1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
2. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
3. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping Options and Rate
The carrier is selected based on the most economical option and cannot be changed upon request. The shipping fees will be displayed at the time of checkout. Should you choose the "Signature Required" delivery option, it is your, the buyer's responsibility to ensure you're available at the provided shipping address to sign for your package. Please note that external factors beyond our control may influence delivery times, and Altafuse is not responsible for those delays. Shipping time to P.O. boxes might be delayed.

Order changes and cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us via email support@altafuse.com in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. If your order has already been shipped, we will guide you through the return process as per our standard return policy, including any necessary restocking fees.
Shipping Location
- We offer delivery in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.) and Canada. Please email support@altafuse.com to request a delivery to other counties.
- Shipping time to P.O. boxes might be delayed.
Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
- If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@altafuse.com we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
About Customs
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs, duties, or tariff.
About Sales Tax
We do not charge any sales tax on orders.

Missing Packages
Altafuse does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing items that occur during shipment if the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make the proper arrangements to retrieve your order at the shipping address provided at the time of delivery
Shipping for Orders with Multiple Items
If your order consists of several items, it's possible they may be shipped in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. In cases where not all items arrive simultaneously, please look for additional tracking information or reach out to our support team for help.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you want to change or cancel your order, please promptly email support@altafuse.com with your order details. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we will guide you through the return process as per our standard return policy, including any necessary restocking fees.
International Orders
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States. Any customs, duties, or additional fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility.
